Fuji FinePix
A350 Zoom
Review
of the Fuji FinePix A350 Zoom
Both this
camera and the Fuji FinePix A345
Zoom record movies at 15 frames per second which is higher than the
fps rate on the Fuji FinePix A340
Zoom and will therefore result in smoother movies.
Both the
Fuji A345 and the Fuji A350 have
3x optical zoom and a 1.7" LCD monitor which are respectable for
a basic point and shoot camera. The only real difference between them
is the number of pixels: 4.1 for the A345
and 5.2 for the A350.
Shooting
modes for the Fuji FinePix A350 Zoom include: Auto, pre-programmed scene
position, manual, macro and movie with sound.
Exposure
modes are Portrait, Landscape, Sports and Night modes. White balance offers
a choice of Automatic and Manual (Fine, Shade, Fluorescent light (Daylight),
Fluorescent light (Warm White), Fluorescent light (Cool White), Incandescent
light).

Worked well for 1-2 months. Then it started acting up. The view finder
would stop coming out or would hang-up half way. Would shut off with the
slightest tap or when I would set it down. The images slowly got worse
and worse. i sent it to be fixed back at Sears where i bought it and 1
month later I got it back covered in scratches and still having the same
problem it did when I sent it. They won't do anything about it anymore
so we just need to get a new digital camera. Oh yeah and it goes through
batteries worse than any other digital camera I have seen. I did have
a few good qualities like it worked will when putting the pictures into
the computer. I had good quality pictures for the first few months. So
I give it 2 stars.

Pros: Great camera which produces vibrant images and good video. The sound
clarity of the video is really good. Cons: Zoom lever doubles up as vertical
scroll resulting in some confusion as it is not a standard in other cameras.
Low quality image in indoor lights Quality of LCD and viewfinder lens
are not upto the mark
