I have had constant problems with the usb connection with this camera.
It rarely works and I have tried to use it on several different machines,
with both old and new installs of win XP pro and home. It seems the only
way to reliably access the XD card is with a separate card reader?

good, overall one of the easiest camera's to use. Great.

Absolutely brilliant pix. could not fault it on their quality. Definitely
need an extra card though as for large photos you wouldn't hold much on
the 16mb card. I definitely recommend buying this camera.
