of the Samsung Digimax A55W
The Samsung
Digimax A55W has a very respectable 5 megapixel resolution and, like the
Samsung Digimax A50, a huge 2.5" LCD screen. It's main selling point,
however, is the 28mm wide-angle zoom lens which allows you to fit more
into the frame.
Otherwise
it has all the usual digital camera features such as scene modes (Portrait,
Children, Landscape, Close-up, Dawn, Sunset, Backlight, Fireworks, Beach/Snow
and Night), effects (Normal, B&W, Sepia, Blue, Red, Green, Nega, RGB,
Highlight, Composite and Frame) and White Balance (Auto, Daylight, Cloudy,
Fluorescent_H, Fluorescent_L, Tungsten and Custom).
Movies with
audio are recorded at 30 frames per second. There's also a voice recording
function for up to 1 hour or for 10 seconds to accompany still images.
