Very much regret purchacing this camera as the screen freezes and you have to wait a few minutes before it works again. Even though i had paid for a guarantee, it took 1 month to send it off and be repaired, But when it came back it was still broken. No refund is available either. Quite a good camera when it works tho. Athough this isn't very often!

camera seems fine but batteries last 3-5 minutes.camera keeps cutting out and stops working with lens open,so you have to wait ages till it cools down before you can replace it in case. have only used it 3 times and have had to replace batteries twice. have only taken about 20 pics. sorry i did not know this beforehand.

Great camera but have had a query for Samsung and find their web site impossible to use. They definitely do not want to hear from anyone... Am feeling very frustrated at the difficulty in making contact and very much regret buying that brand.
