Review of the Sony DSC-T9 Cyber-shot

The Sony DSC-T9 belongs in Sony's T-range of super-slim digital cameras combined with high spec technology. This camera has a high 6.0 megapixel resolution and 3x optical zoom. This camera features Double Anti-Blur solutions. Sony explain this to mean that you can increase the ISO setting on the camera for a faster shutter speed making it easier to capture moving objects without blur. Also, there are Optical Image Stabilisers made up of gyro sensors to detect camera shake and adjust the position of the lens in the event of camera shake. This camera has a histogram indication feature that provides feedback about the lighting conditions and is used for getting the correct exposure setting. The Exposure Warning Indicator will blink before a shot is taken if the exposure levels are too low. To help you get the right settings in tricky lighting conditions there are a number of pre-set scene modes with this camera: Twilight, Twilight Portrait, Soft Snap, Landscape, Snow, Beach, High-speed shutter, Fireworks, Candle and Magnifying Glass. Once you've taken your pictures you can play them back using the Slideshow with Music function, on either the 2.5" LCD screen or an external monitor.
